Shipping + Returns
 

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfilment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic may take up to 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

When selecting the "No Rush" shipping option, processing time may take up to 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

When available, expedited shipping when placed by 1:00 PM PST, will process the same day.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

The estimated timelines for processing, transit, and final delivery are included below for your reference. Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-13 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. 

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take up to 3 business days to process and "no-rush" orders may take up to 7 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We offer USPS Priority Mail and FedEx to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.

*To receive "FREE" shipping, the total of your order must equal or exceed the amount indicated after all coupons or discounts are applied.
** Business days do not reflect weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from beautyfixcosmetics.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Claims can take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier used, to complete.

BEAUTYFIX does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Please note, that if your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing an E-Gift Card for the item(s) not in stock.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, BEAUTYFIX reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, BEAUTYFIX reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, BEAUTYFIX reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center in accordance with the following Return Policy: 

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and.

  • Items must be in original boxing that isn’t opened, tampered, or marked and have original seal..

  • Items must be free of stains, testing/sampling, makeup, or wear.

  • Beauty tools, cosmetics, and glue are non-returnable.

  • BEAUTYFIX reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for Final Sale or stale items.

  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a BEAUTYFIX E-Gift Card.

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.

  • BEAUTYFIX does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please contact BEAUTYFIX via our contact tab on the website beautyfixcosmetics.com.

  • Return packages must include a completed return request form and original packing slip to ensure processing. (Note: If the return request form is not filled out correctly, your return may experience delays in processing. You may use the return request form included in your original packaging or download and print this form.)

  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Distribution Center or corporate office.

Additional notes: Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, BEAUTYFIX will not issue store credit for your returns. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a BEAUTYFIX E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away! 

Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping via USPS.com or by clicking here). You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

Alternatively, you may return items at one of our store locations to receive store credit. Please note that Gift Cards issued in-store are not transferable to our online store, even if the original purchase was made online. In addition,

Returned to Sender & Refused Packages

This can happen if 1) an address is invalid or missing information 2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package 3) the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery. Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the correct address. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system.
